Hello. Did you know?….T8 (4 foot long) fluorescent lamps will be phased out…so those lights in the kitchen or garage, you will need to make some modifications.
For about four years, we’ve been installing LED tube lamps…they are connected, directly, to AC power so you have to re-wire the fluorescent light fixture to bypass the ballast…the good news is that you don’t have to change the fixture.
Our favorite product is made by Toggled. You can even get LED tube lamps that allow you to select the color (3000K is soft white, 5000K is daylight) and are dimmable.
